1. No Refund After Delivery
- No refund will be provided once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
- Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery.
- After the delivery person leaves, the order is considered final.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- Refunds are not provided, but replacements may be offered for defective products.
- To be eligible for replacement:
- The issue must be reported during delivery or within 24 hours.
- The product must be unused.
- Original packaging and tags must be intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
3. Replacement Approval
- All replacement requests are subject to review and approval.
- We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the conditions above.
