  • After the delivery person leaves, the order is considered final.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Refunds are not provided, but replacements may be offered for defective products.
  • To be eligible for replacement:
    • The issue must be reported during delivery or within 24 hours.
    • The product must be unused.
    • Original packaging and tags must be intact.
    • Proof of purchase is required.

3. Replacement Approval
